Do you offer a free trial or demo?
Yes, you can request a free demo with our product team. We’ll walk you through the platform and answer your questions. After that, we offer a trial so you can test Awtomated live as per your requirements.
What does the lifetime license include?
With the On-Premise lifetime license, you pay once and own the software for lifetime. We include free product updates and support for the first year. After that, you can choose to renew annual support and updates at a discounted rate – totally optional.
Can I switch from SaaS to On-Premise if needed?
Yes, you can switch anytime. Our team will fully support your migration from the SaaS model to the On-Premise version, ensuring a smooth and secure transition without disrupting your ongoing projects.
Is onboarding included in both models?
Absolutely. Every plan includes onboarding support. For SaaS, we handle everything from Data import to Account set up.
For On-Premise, we also assist with deployment and technical setup to ensure a smooth onboarding.
What kind of support can I expect?
All plans come with only email support right now. In near future we will also offer Ticketing system for bugs, deployment, and API issues.
