New

Workflow Automation

  • A new automation layer runs long-running project and document workflows as durable, per-organisation processes with a full audit trail (trigger time, triggered-by user, per-step outcome, and final status).
  • Two initial workflows ship out of the box: post-project-creation automation and document translation with support for up to one hundred thousand segments per run.

Projects & Tasks

  • Projects and tasks now have a timeline view for the project manager.
  • The project manager can see rich information about a project and task directly without opening them.

Organisation Onboarding Checklist

  • New organisations now see a four-step onboarding checklist (sign up, add address, add tax details, invite a vendor) that updates in real time as steps are completed.

Drive: Immutable Folder Structure

  • Drive now provisions a predefined, non-editable folder structure for projects, deals, tasks and other core entities so that files always land in a predictable, verifiable location.
  • Existing folders are backfilled, so organizations do not need to recreate their structures manually.

Quality Check: Glossary and Termbase Rules

  • New quality-check handlers cover glossary and termbase compliance, including forbidden terms, translations that differ from a matched TM entry, multiple conflicting TM matches, and unedited fuzzy matches.
  • Each rule ships as its own configurable check with default severity so LSPs can decide which glossary issues block delivery.

Project Line Items

  • Projects now track individual line items with source language, origin references and other metadata, giving a clearer breakdown of the work that makes up a project.

Estimate-to-Project Preview Enhancements

  • The preview modal now shows the project owner card correctly, includes deals, industry, privacy flags and files in the created project, and reports the real underlying error when creation fails.

Task and Organisation Location and Timezone

  • Tasks now carry a location field, and both LSP and vendors can now declare their operating timezone.

User-Scoped Notifications

  • Real-time notifications can now be delivered to a specific user rather than broadcasted to the whole organisation.

Default Org Configuration Seeding

  • New organisations are now seeded with a consistent set of defaults: 13 services (MTPE, TEP, Translation, Review, Editing, Proofreading, Subtitling, Cultural Audit, Machine Translation, AI Translation, Transcription, Miscellaneous, plus existing entries), a Translator role, deal and ticket pipelines (Default deal, Support, Vendor Recruitment, General), and placeholder groups for HTML tags, PCI and PHI.
  • Per-character and per-segment unit types replace the legacy per-line unit.

Enhancements

DOCX Extraction and Regeneration

  • DOCX processing now handles a wider range of tag scenarios, retains richer per-segment tag metadata, and produces cleaner regenerated documents.

Segment Repetitions

  • Segments now identify other segments within the document that are repetitions and prompts user to allow auto filling all repetitions

Fixes

Projects & Tasks

  • Deleted Tasks Hidden from Project Views – Task lists and task cards on projects no longer include tombstoned (deleted) tasks.
  • Estimate Preview Owner – The owner and owner avatar card are now populated correctly when previewing projects generated from an estimate.
  • Vendor Editability – Vendors can now correctly see the assigned/current stage segments as editable based on their task assignment.

Editor

  • DOCX Extraction Cleanup – Removed stale data and tightened DOCX extraction so it no longer emits unused data.

Editor Placeholders

  • Placeholder detection metadata is now stored and returned consistently across tag boundaries.
