  • Download Translations as DOCX – LSP admins and vendors with editor access can now download any document-based file as a DOCX in their chosen language directly from the editor, with large exports processed in the background so the editor stays responsive
  • Termbases in Projects and Tasks – Project managers can now link and manage termbases at both the project and task level so translators always have access to the correct terminology.
  • Termbases for Vendors – Vendors now have read-only access to the termbases the LSP has approved for their project, so they can look up terms without leaving the editor.
  • Multi-Step Onboarding Wizard – New LSPs can now complete a guided multi-step onboarding flow that sets up the organisation’s plan, branding, billing, licences, and team invitations before they start using the platform, with progress saved at every step and subscription activation handled on successful payment.
  • Smart Pre-Fill from Website URL – During onboarding, entering a website URL automatically pre-fills organisation details by extracting information from the site, mirroring the experience in the Billing Licence flow.
  • Permanent Task Deletion with Placeholders – LSP admins can now permanently delete tasks from both the list and detail views, with tombstone placeholders shown anywhere the task was previously referenced.
  • Vendor List Filtering – The Vendor list now supports filtering so it is faster to find the right vendor.

Enhancements

  • Auto-Filled Termbase in Task Creation – When creating a task inside a project, the termbase field is now pre-populated from the project so translators get the correct terminology without extra setup.
  • Smarter Linked Assets under Projects and Tasks – Selecting linked assets for project/task now correctly cascades choices when updates are made, preventing inconsistent state across project and its tasks.
  • More File Types Supported in Drive Uploads – Drive uploads now accept the same range of file types that Project Attachments allows.
  • Instant Validation for Unsupported Media Uploads in Drive – All unsupported files now show a validation error instantly during selection, matching the behaviour of some already declared unsupported types.
  • Mandatory File Upload Indicator in Termbase – File upload in the Termbase form is now clearly marked as mandatory with a red asterisk, making form requirements obvious before submission.
  • More Robust Tombstone Framework – The tombstone framework has been refined based on learnings from the project deletion rollout, making it easier and more consistent to apply across future modules.
  • File Preview for Translation Formats – File preview now works correctly for AMTD, XLIFF, TMX, and TBX files.
  • Deleted Tasks in Linked Sections – Tasks that have been deleted now correctly appear as tombstoned placeholders in linked sections instead of being hidden.
  • Deleted Projects No Longer Appear in Recent – Projects that have been deleted no longer surface in the Recent section under Link With Projects.

Fixes

  • Cleaner Duplicate File Error Message – The duplicate file error no longer shows the filename twice. Long filenames are now shortened for readability.
  • Read-Only Users Can No Longer Delete Files – Users with Read-only permission can no longer delete files in Drive.
  • Spreadsheet Preview Cell Sizing – Spreadsheet previews now expand cells and rows automatically to fit wrapped content.
  • Termbase UI Issues – Several visual and behavioural issues in the Termbase screens, including the project termbase view, have been resolved.
  • Billing UI Error Display – The Billing UI no longer shows “[Object Object]” in place of error messages.
  • Correct Subscription Info After Login – New accounts now receive accurate subscription information immediately after login.
  • Trial Subscription Activation – Confirming the active plan while on a trial now correctly updates the subscription status.
  • Euro as Default Currency – The onboarding flow now defaults to Euro as the currency.
  • Editing Vendor Rates with Write Permission – Admins with Write permission on Vendor Management can now edit vendor rates without hitting a Forbidden error.
  • Checkbox Selection in Tasks of Projects- Selecting a checkbox now selects only the intended row, rather than triggering other checkboxes.
