Word Count Analysis Suite

• Analysis files from popular CAT tools – SDL Trados, Wordscope, and Smartcat – can now be uploaded, managed, and linked to projects. Files are displayed in a unified format so word count data is easy to read regardless of which tool produced it. You can also run your own analysis directly on project documents and compare multiple analysis files side by side for a given language.

Auto-generate Estimates and Invoices from Analysis

• Estimates and invoices can now be generated automatically from a linked word count analysis. Line items are created from the analysis bands (new words, fuzzy matches, repetitions, etc.) without any manual entry.

Rate Cards

• Rate cards can now be created and managed at the organisation level, per company in CRM, and with discount profiles. When creating an estimate or invoice, rate cards can be selected to apply consistent, pre-agreed pricing across line items automatically.

Vendor Tax Configuration

• Tax settings can now be configured per vendor so that any applicable taxes are correctly reflected in vendor payouts and purchase orders.
