Vendor Profile Management

• LSP users can now create and manage vendor profiles directly within their organization, without requiring vendors to be invited to the platform first

Rate Card Restructure

• Existing services and pricing data is being reorganized into the new rate card format to ensure continuity for all users. Management is immediately available and full linking capabilities will be rolled out soon.

Improved File Analysis View

• The project file analysis screen has been redesigned to show word counts broken down per file, with each file in its own column, total word counts highlighted at the top, and a smoother scrolling experience replacing the previous pagination

Legacy Analysis File Support

• Older Awtomated word count analysis files can now be viewed in the new analysis format without any loss of data

Data Consistency Improvements

• Behind the scenes updates to ensure existing service, pricing, and vendor data carries over accurately into the new platform structures. These will soon be deprecated and fully replaced with the new rate card implementation.

Fixes

Invoice & Estimate

• Adding new line items to an invoice or estimate now supports the workflow services and rate cards integration
• Adding and deleting rows in an invoice or estimate now behaves as expected – no more duplicate rows, failed deletes, or stuck submit buttons
• When adding a transaction, the linked company and contact now pre-fill automatically as expected
• Empty fields now correctly display 0 instead of a hyphen
• Changing the expected rate card now correctly updates the choices for unit price, and the total amount now recalculates properly when unit prices are filled in
• Typing in invoice fields no longer causes lag or slow input
• Creating an invoice or estimate using the create button now shows the correct updated layout with choices
• The file name from an Awtomated’s analysis file now correctly carries over when used in an invoice or estimate
• Creating new invoices and estimates no longer fails unexpectedly
• When adding/editing an invoice or estimate using analysis files, fields are now editable and row deletion works correctly after reopening
• The option to link or unlink a transaction under Links tab for Invoices was a misnomer and is now correctly hidden.
• Editing an invoice or estimate with a large number of projects (8 or more) no longer causes the page to crash

Vendor Management

• The vendor invitation flow has been restored and now works correctly – invitations can be sent without errors
• Accepting an invitation from an existing manually created profile now correctly links to that profile instead of creating a duplicate
• Vendor records now display complete and accurate information for both older and newly invited vendors
• Vendor cards now appear correctly across all linked profiles
• Withdrawal details can now be edited without errors, and empty fields no longer display as null
• Vendor payout under the LSP-managed Vendor Profile is now correctly restricted when a vendor account has not linked its payment account
• Newly onboarded vendors with verified services can now be invited and assigned tasks without issues
• The “Invite Vendor” button has been relabeled to “Add Vendor” to better reflect the action

Project & Analysis Files

• Saving an analysis file now works reliably and correctly uses the project file name for its columns
• File names that are too long to display in full now show a tooltip with the full name on hover
• A button that was incorrectly appearing in the analysis files section has been removed
• The source label now correctly displays “Awtomated”

Other

• Inactive languages can no longer be accidentally added to a project via suggestions
• The base rate now correctly pre-fills when setting up global rates for a company specific rate card
• Creating a task between an LSP and a vendor no longer generates duplicate purchase orders for the same task
