Organisation-Specific Vendor Profiles

  • Vendors can now maintain separate profiles, services, and rates for each LSP organisation they work with. When a vendor accepts an invitation from a new organisation, they are guided through a tailored onboarding process specific to that organisation. LSPs can also control which sections of the vendor profile vendors are permitted to manage.

Vendor Rate Cards

  • LSPs can now create and manage dedicated rate cards for each vendor, providing a structured and transparent way to agree and track pricing. Vendors can view their rate card and, where permitted, update their rates directly.

Keyboard Shortcuts in Editor

  • The editor now supports a full set of keyboard shortcuts for navigating and editing segments without using a mouse. This includes moving between segments, entering and exiting edit mode, inserting line breaks, selecting multiple segments, and more. A built-in cheatsheet panel lists every available shortcut and can be opened at any time.

Flexible Editor Panel Layout

  • Editor panels can now be rearranged to suit your working style — docked to the left, right, or bottom of the screen, collapsed to free up space, or left floating freely anywhere on the workspace. Your preferred layout is saved and restored the next time you open a file

Purchase Orders from Task Steps

  • Purchase orders can now be automatically generated for each individual step within a task (such as Translation, Editing, and Proofreading), reducing the need for manual administrative work.

Vendor Invoices Show Specific Services

  • Vendor invoices and payout records now clearly show the specific service associated with each payment, making financial records more accurate and easier to review.

Vendor Access to Machine Translation and Translation Memory

  • Vendors can now access Machine Translation and Translation Memory features when the organisation has enabled them.

Larger File Uploads

  • The maximum file size for project uploads has been increased from 10 MB to 100 MB, making it easier to work with larger source documents.

Delete Multiple Analysis Files at Once

  • You can now select and delete multiple analysis files in the project file panel simultaneously, rather than removing them one at a time.

Analysis Totals Row

  • The file analysis view now includes a totals row at the bottom, giving an at-a-glance summary of figures across all files.

Task Table Grouping

  • In the Project Detail View, the task table can now be grouped by language or by workflow stage, making it easier to get an overview of work across a project. The default grouping is by language.

Contact and Phone Fields on Invoices and Estimates

  • The contact field is now included in the invoice creation form. Phone number, address, email, and full name fields now automatically populate based on the selected company or contact, with company information taking priority when both are selected.

Vendor Organisation List Now Complete

  • The platform was not displaying the full list of vendor organisations in certain views. All vendor organisations are now shown correctly.

Linking Measurement Units to In-Use Services

  • You can now link measurement units (such as words, hours, or pages) to services that are already in use. A restriction that was preventing valid configuration updates has been removed.

Integration Renamed to Wordscope

  • The integration previously labelled “Wordfast” has been renamed to “Wordscope” throughout the platform.

Services Settings Safeguard

  • The delete button has been removed from the Services settings page to prevent accidental removal of services that are actively in use.

Company and Contact Details in More Places

  • Email and phone number fields are now included wherever company and contact information is displayed across the platform.

Invoice and Estimate Modal Design Updated

  • Invoice and estimate modals now match the updated header style used throughout the rest of the application for a more consistent look and feel.

Create Button Options for Invoices and Estimates

  • The button to create a new invoice or estimate now correctly presents the option to create a new record or link to an existing one, consistent with the behaviour in the side panel.

Vendor Management

Profile Fields Could Not Be Edited

  • In some cases, LSPs and vendors were unable to add or edit professional details, withdrawal details, and currency settings within the vendor profile. This has been resolved.

Withdrawn Opportunity Buttons Hidden Correctly

  • Vendors were incorrectly shown “Accept” and “Decline” buttons on task opportunities that had already been withdrawn. These buttons are now correctly hidden.

Error When Adding a Service with Language Pairs

  • An error occurring when vendors attempted to add a service with associated language pairs has been fixed.

Vendor Onboarding Screen Now Scrollable

  • The vendor onboarding screen was not scrollable on some devices, making fields further down the page unreachable. This has been fixed.

Rate Cards

Prefill from Global Template Now Works

  • The option to prefill rate card details from a global template on the first step of rate setup was not working. This has been fixed.

Rate Editing Restriction Now Enforced

  • When an LSP had disabled rate editing for a vendor, the vendor was still able to add new rate cards. This restriction is now correctly enforced.

Required Fields Rechecked When Navigating Back

  • When navigating back through the rate card creation form, required fields were not being validated again, which could allow incomplete entries to be submitted. This has been fixed.

Default Full-Match Discount Corrected

  • The default full-match discount percentage in discount profiles was incorrectly set to 1% instead of 100%. This has been corrected.

Minimum Fee Validation Message Fixed

  • The validation message when setting a minimum fee incorrectly read “Min Fee can’t be greater than Base Rate.” The message and the underlying check have both been corrected to read “Min Fee can’t be less than Base Rate.”

Rate Items Use Correct Default Currency

  • Rate items now correctly use the default currency of the relevant entity — organisation, company, or vendor — rather than always defaulting to the organisation currency.

Editor

Right-to-Left Language Text Alignment

  • Text in editor cells for right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew was being displayed with incorrect left alignment. This has been corrected so text flows naturally.

Column Resizing Fixed

  • A bug causing problems when resizing columns in the editor has been fixed.

Keyboard Navigation Edge Cases Resolved

  • A number of edge cases in keyboard navigation and editing behaviour have been resolved, including issues with multi-segment selection and certain key combinations on Mac and Windows.

Segment Pin Feature Restored

  • The segment pin feature in the editor had been inadvertently hidden and has now been restored.

General Editor Stability

  • Additional miscellaneous issues in the editor have been addressed.

Invoice & Estimate

Currency Formatting Now Matches User Locale

  • Currency values in invoices, estimates, rates, and discount profiles were not displaying decimal points and thousand separators according to the user’s locale. This has been corrected throughout.

Preview Layout Fixed

  • Several visual issues in the invoice and estimate preview have been resolved. The layout now correctly splits into equal left and right panels, date and label text no longer wraps unexpectedly, and the on-screen preview now matches the downloaded PDF layout.

Message Section Display Corrected

  • The notes and message section in invoice and estimate screens was missing padding and was not wrapping text at word boundaries correctly. It now displays as intended.

Default Rate Now Applied on Creation

  • When creating a new invoice or estimate via the create button, the default global rate was not being applied automatically. This has been fixed.

Line Item Order Preserved When Removing Items

  • When removing items from an invoice or estimate, the remaining items were being reordered unexpectedly. The correct order is now preserved.

Extra Blank Row Removed

  • An extra blank row that was appearing in invoices has been removed.

Company and Contact Fields Require Selection

  • In the invoice form, typing a name into the company or contact fields was submitting the typed text directly rather than requiring a selection from the dropdown. These fields now correctly require a selection from the list.

Sign-up & Account

Correct Redirect After Email Verification

  • After verifying a new email registration, users were being redirected to an incorrect URL instead of the application. This has been fixed.

Spurious Payment Notification Removed

  • Newly registered users were seeing a “payment successful” notification immediately after completing onboarding, even when on a free trial. This was occurring across two separate sign-up flows and has been resolved in both.

Onboarding Flow Shown After Verification

  • After verifying a new email registration, users were being shown a logout prompt instead of being taken directly into the onboarding flow. This has been fixed.

Access Denied Screen on First Login Resolved

  • Some users were seeing an access denied screen immediately after signing up and logging in for the first time. This has been fixed.

Billing

Plan Selection List Now Populates Correctly

  • The plan selection screen in the upgrade and change plan window was showing an empty list in two separate scenarios, making it impossible to select a plan. Both have been resolved.

Upgrade Flow No Longer Shows a Blank Page

  • Attempting to start the upgrade process from a trial account was displaying a blank page instead of the upgrade flow. This has been fixed.

Other

Empty Table Display Fixed

  • A visual issue affecting the display of empty table states has been fixed.
