  • Simplified Estimate Creation – LSP admins can now create and edit estimates through a cleaner, streamlined form that is faster to fill in and reduces the chance of errors, with refinements across the UI, choice selection, search and error handling
  • Updating TM and Placeholders linking as Assets in Projects and Tasks – Project managers can now update translation memory and placeholder groups on projects and tasks after creation, keeping linked assets aligned as work evolves.

Enhancements

  • Faster Large Translation Memory Processing – Large TM files are now processed in smaller parallel pieces, reducing the time users have to wait for big TM imports to finish.
  • Smarter Drive File Upload Conflicts – When uploading a file that already exists in Drive, users now get the same Replace or Keep Both choice that folder uploads already offered, giving consistent control over duplicates.
  • Smarter Vendor Pre-Filtering When Assigning Tasks – When assigning a vendor to a task, the vendor list is now pre-filtered by the task’s service, source language, target language, and unit type so the most relevant vendors appear first.
  • Clearer Exchange Rate Messaging in Vendor Assignment – The exchange-rate text and surrounding content in the Vendor Assign and Invite screens have been polished for clarity and alignment.

Fixes

  • Unlinking TM in Projects – Unlinking a translation memory asset from a project now works correctly.
  • Auto-Fetch Linked Project and Task for New Placeholders and TM – Creating a new placeholder or translation memory from Project Assets now automatically picks up the linked project and tasks.
  • Tombstones for Deleted Project and Task References – References to deleted projects and tasks in Term Base, Placeholders and TM now show clear tombstone placeholders instead of completely removing from the list.
  • Vendor Deletion – Deleting a vendor from the detail view now works correctly.
  • Deleting Rate Cards – LSP Users with Write permission can now delete rate cards without hitting an unexpected Failed error.
  • Onboarding Status After Vendor Profile Changes – The vendor’s onboarding status is now reported correctly when all vendors’ profiles are deleted, and for vendors invited by an LSP without granted profile and rates edit access.
  • Vendor Suggestions Exclude Deleted Profiles from Organizations – Vendor suggestions no longer include profiles from organisations where they have been deleted.
  • Switching to a New LSP After Invitation – After accepting an invitation from a new LSP organisation, vendors now see that new organisation instead of their previous one.
  • View Untranslated Segments Toggle – The “View Untranslated Segments” toggle in the segment editor could not be turned off again after it was applied and has been fixed
  • Microsoft Translator Key Detection – The editor no longer reports Microsoft Translator keys as missing when they are correctly configured.
  • File Size on Shared Links – Files opened via “Anyone with the link” shared views now display the file size correctly.
  • Folder Re-Upload Detection – Uploading the same folder a second time is now detected as a folder-level duplicate up front instead of processing after the upload.
  • Folder Upload Preserves Folder Structure – Uploading a folder now correctly creates the folder and its contents instead of dropping in only the individual files in the root directory.
  • Creating Estimates Without Errors – Creating an estimate no longer surfaces an unexpected Failed error.
  • Billing Profile Tabs – The tabs inside the Billing Profile screen now switch correctly instead of being stuck on the same screen.
