Timesheet Module

• A new timesheet module lets users log time against projects and tasks. Time can be entered as a human-readable duration (6h, 1h 30m, 45m) or as start / end datetimes.
• Entries carry an organization specification unique identifier, can be filtered by project, task, user, billable flag, tag and date range, and support both user and vendor attribution via @mention.
• Mentioning a user or vendor in a time entry now sends them an in-app notification; vendor mentions are delivered to the linked portal account when one exists.
• Time entries can be linked to or unlinked from a project (and optional task) via a dedicated action.

Timesheet Tags

• Tags now use title and color code fields and can be created inline while adding a time entry. Attempting to create a duplicate tag returns the existing tag instead of an error.

Hub: Spaces and Lists

• The list items now support search across common fields (name, first name, last name, email), resolved from the target module at runtime and applied to both static and dynamic lists.
• Space and module list responses now include an accurate item count for dynamic lists, computed via the dynamic-list filter engine.
• Static and dynamic lists are both supported. Dynamic lists use a new filter engine with fourteen operators and AND logic across conditions; invalid filter configurations surface a warning instead of raising an error.
• Lists can be re-ordered per module via a new module-list ordering endpoint, and each user gets their own saved column order, grouping and sort settings per list based on the linked module’s original listing.
• Spaces and lists now have URL-friendly slugs with a history table, so renaming does not break existing links, old slugs redirect to the current slug.
• Bulk-delete is available for spaces, lists and list items, and list-scoped bulk operations reject dynamic lists explicitly.
• Access is enforced by the new roles permission, which is backfilled to existing LSP Owner and Admin roles.

Workflow Run Sorting

• The workflow run list now supports a sorting query with three values: recently triggered (default), recently completed, and alphabetical.

Human-Readable Task IDs in Workflow Logs

• Sequential Task Creation workflow steps now show human-readable task IDs for clearer reference

WCA Analysis Files per Target Language

• The Generate WCA workflow now produces an analysis file per target language after word counts are refreshed, so downstream reports reflect the latest counts.

Enhancements

Advanced Filters Expanded

• Filter definitions have been consolidated and expanded across TMStorage, CRM, project, and vendor modules; new filter fields are available on the vendor list.

System Language Update Restrictions

• Organisation copies of system languages now restrict which fields can be updated.

Projects and Tasks

• The timeline view now can be seen three options based on the how much information the project manager wants to see on a card.

Fixes

Workflows

• Activity failures are now caught inside the workflow and recorded via step failure log, so runs no longer get stuck in the running state when a step throws an error.

Single-Stage Projects

• Templates with no Service Stage rows are now treated as a single-stage workflow instead of a misconfiguration. Auto-Create All Tasks creates the task directly against the project’s managed service in this case.

Location on Auto-Created Tasks

• Tasks created by Auto-Create All Tasks and Sequential Task Creation now inherit the project’s Location value.

Notifications

• Overdue Notifications Losing Name / Tombstone State – The entity name is now embedded in the notification verb at creation time and stored in the notification data as a persistent fallback, so overdue notifications still show a name after the underlying project or task is renamed or deleted.
• Project, Task and Vendor now correctly show Deleted labels instead of being empty.
• Notification navigation to deleted entities is now blocked

Duplicate In-App Notifications

• Duplicate in-app notifications are now filtered out per item and scenario. Items in closed / done / declined statuses are skipped.

Hub / Dynamic Lists

• Every dynamic-list query is now scoped to the list’s own organisation. Previously an unfiltered or filtered dynamic list could match records across every organisation in the system.

Editor & Documents

• Editor file creation now uses bulk create and includes a manual-creation fallback for the cases that previously failed.

Import ordering violations across hub, project, timesheet, and vendor modules have been fixed to keep imports at module level per the code style guide.

Vendor, CRM, Project

• Vendor list filters have been corrected and expanded.
• Minor CRM and project listing inconsistencies have been resolved.

Platform

• Task timeline start and end dates now display correctly.
• A task timeline bug has been fixed.
