• Set up the shift planning screen the way you like, with your own columns and view, and it stays that way, just like your other lists.

Choose how dates, times and languages appear

• Pick your preferred formats from one list with a preview of each. We added a short-year date format (e.g. 04/09/26) and a language-plus-region style (e.g. English (UK)).

Filter by payment method in one click

• Choose Banking, PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card or Cash from a dropdown instead of typing, which makes finding transactions quick and consistent.

Clients can give you the full picture when ordering

• When clients request a project through the portal, they can now give you all the details you need up front, such as reference number, CAT tool, machine translation preference, meeting type, medical specialty, participants, department and equipment (booth, headset, setup). That means fewer back-and-forth emails and faster quoting.

Language pairs shown consistently for vendors

• Vendor lists and analytics show languages in the same format as everywhere else, including native names and right-to-left languages.

Your busiest screen is about 6x faster

• The main project work view now loads in under a second, down from around six and a half. Paging, filtering and browsing feel instant.

Unit type settings load quickly

• Managing units (words, pages, hours and so on) is fast, even with lots of services.

Attaching many files is faster

• Uploading several files to a project at once is noticeably quicker.

Detail pages open faster

• Pages for individual projects, clients and vendors open a little faster across the platform.

Clearer confirmation messages

• When you add items to a list, you’ll see which were added and which were already there, written in proper English.

More accurate recent activity

• Your Recent Activity feed shows the latest version of each item, with clean labels (for example “Passport” instead of “4 Passport”).

• We closed off a developer-only tool in the live system, reducing risk to your data.

Fixes

Projects, tasks and automation

• Accurate status for automatic task creation. You can see when tasks are being created automatically, and vendor status updates show up as they should.
• Service changes on projects stick. When you change the service on a project, the change now applies everywhere.
• Workflow steps in the right order. Service steps now always appear in the correct sequence.
• Task alerts reach the right people. Task notifications go to the people who need them.
• Forms and duplicates handled properly. Default forms are applied correctly, and duplicate tasks are no longer created by mistake.

Translation memories

• Translation memories update reliably. We fixed a rare timing issue that could stop new translations from being saved into a translation memory. Your reusable content stays complete.
• Consistent translation memory details. The overview and detail screens for translation memories now always show the same information.

CRM and vendors

• Vendor notifications fixed. Vendors receive their alerts as expected.
• Vendor task lists show the right jobs. Task options and filters on the vendor side show the right records.
• Saved contact lists filter correctly. Filtering contacts by a saved list returns the right people, which matters for targeted client outreach.
• Filters corrected across CRM, projects and reports. A range of filters now return accurate results.

Invoices and payments

• Invoice issue resolved. We fixed a problem with invoices so billing runs smoothly.

Reports

• Recent activity names are accurate. Items in your activity feed are labelled with their correct names.

Overall

• Filter change paused. A recent filter update didn’t behave as intended, so we’ve rolled it back. An improved version is coming in a future update.
• A more dependable platform. Behind-the-scenes improvements across CRM, projects, lists and vendors.
