• Automations can now add a newly prepared document to an existing task without disturbing other files, send each document to the task for the right target language, and pull a detailed word count per language (fuzzy matches, repetitions, machine translation and more). That means less manual file handling and better data for pricing and productivity.

Language-by-language document handling

• Automations can pick out only the documents ready for a specific language and turn them straight into tasks. Multilingual projects move faster with fewer manual steps.

Automations that understand interpreting jobs

• Automations can now act on job details such as meeting type, medical specialty, number of participants, department, or booth and headset needs. For example, you can send medical assignments only to qualified interpreters, automatically.

Projects and tasks

• Translators can always download source files. Original files uploaded to the project can now be downloaded from any task, so linguists aren’t blocked waiting for files.

Saved lists

• Multi-choice filters work properly. Saved lists that filter by several options at once (for example, two services or three owners) now show only the matching records, not everything.
• Saved filters no longer come back empty. Filters such as “task service” now find the right records instead of showing nothing.

Language settings

• Simpler language display options. We removed two duplicate options. If you were using one of them, you’ve been switched to the equivalent option automatically, and nothing changes on your screen.

Overall

• Housekeeping. We retired outdated automation templates so you only see the ones that are current.
