• No more lockouts over capital letters. “[email protected]” and “[email protected]” now count as the same email. Staff, clients and vendors can sign in however they type their address, so you get fewer “I can’t log in” requests.

Vendors

• Find vendor rates by language pair. Filter and sort vendor rate cards by source and target language, for example English to German, to see who can do the job and at what price, in seconds.
• Vendor lists work like the rest of the platform. Vendor lists now offer the same filters and actions you already use elsewhere, so there’s nothing new to learn.
